CBSE Board has been constantly introducing digital initiatives to give ease of access. In the circular set out to all the associated schools, the board highlights that oral details sharing has better reception and better implementation. To enhance the detail sharing network, the podcast application has been launched. As pertaining to the evaluation of answer keys, reports from examiners confirm that this year the CBSE Board has laid out strict timelines for evaluation. All the examiner that has been picked for evaluation duty is mandated to clock in a certain number of hours without fail.
Speaking on conditions of anonymity, a Head Examiner for CBSE shared that the schools have been given strict instructions and notices to ensure that the examiner is made available for evaluation. Also, examiners are required to clock in 8 hours every day for the answer sheet evaluation. All this has been done to ensure a timely answer sheet evaluation. At the onset of the exam, the CBSE officials had confirmed that the board is planning to publish the result a week ahead of the last year’s dates. The updates for the evaluation process are to ensure the same.
Last year, the CBSE board was directed by the Delhi High Court to ensure that their CBSE 12th Class results are complete in all respect before the commencement of Delhi University admissions. This was primarily the reason why CBSE started the board exams from February 15 this year.
